4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Respond promptly to requests for approvals, content, and access

Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Use services only for lawful purposes

Maintain the security of account credentials and login information

Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and results.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for services are outlined in your proposal, invoice, order form, or separate agreement.

Unless otherwise specified:

Setup fees are non-refundable

Monthly service fees are billed in advance

Payment is due upon receipt

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services

Merchant processing services are subject to separate agreements and terms established by the applicable payment processor.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Xecution Marketing retains ownership of its proprietary systems, workflows, templates, software, automations, and methodologies.

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of content and assets specifically created for their business, excluding third-party licensed materials.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party providers, including advertising platforms, CRM systems, communication tools, payment processors, and analytics services.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, policies, or actions of third-party providers.

8. SMS and Electronic Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive emails, phone calls, text messages, and automated communications related to your inquiries, account activity, services, appointments, and marketing.

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP.
